The surveyor follows the current creek bed and not the old creek bed which is the property line as defined in Woody vs Abrams. This includes the small section where the creek crossed the dike momentarily.

The creek actually splits and feeds Goodwins creek through at least 3 breaches in the dike in this section. This is noted in the 1915 Thomas H. Carter letter.
